- advice on the structuring and preparation of compensation plans for asset management firms’ professionals based on the performance of investment funds;

- advice on the structuring, registration and maintenance of all types of investment funds, including private equity funds (FIP), receivables funds (FIDC), real estate funds (FII), investment funds in the agro-industrial productive chains (FIAGRO) and mutual funds (FIF), such as equity, foreign exchange, multimarket and fixed income investment funds;
- advice on the structuring and implementation of distribution of shares issued by investment funds in the securities market;
- advice on the structuring of investment vehicles abroad, including for fundraising purposes by local investment funds;
- advice on transactions involving the reorganization of investment funds, as well as the sale of assets that are part of their investment portfolios;
