PROFILE

Ana Paula is a partner active in Finance, Project Finance, Capital Markets, Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions departments.

She frequently represents banks and other financial institutions, multinationals, private and publicly held corporations, hedge funds, investment funds and other investors in a wide range of banking and finance transactions and on matters related to the infrastructure industry, including project finance, structured finance, acquisition financing, and local and international debt capital markets, as well as in banking regulatory matters. 

She is a Member of the Corporate Law and Capital Markets Commissions in IBRADEMP, of ABDIB – Associação Brasileira da Infraestrutura e Indústrias de Base, of the Brazilian Institute Corporate Governance – IBGC and of Ibrademp – Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Empresarial.
