PROFILE

Brunno Morette has over 15 years of experience advising domestic and foreign clients on their investments in Brazil, with a focus on corporate law, M&A operations, complex contracts, infrastructure projects, dispute resolution and privacy/data protection, having worked in important Brazilian offices with national and international presence and as in-house counsel of the holding company of an important Brazilian industrial group.
