PROFILE

Felipe works in the area of ​​Public Law and Regulation, and has extensive experience in public bidding processes, public infrastructure contracts, dispute resolution in administrative proceedings, as well as advising and representing clients in regulatory matters (ANTAQ, ANTT, ANEEL, ANAC, ANATEL, ANVISA, among others). Felipe also focuses his practice on dispute resolution involving public administration.

He is currently a professor of the Postgraduate Program in Administrative Law at the General Coordination of Specialization, Improvement and Extension at PUC-SP and of the MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Law and Regulation of the Electric Sector at the Institute of Public Law (IDP).
He is a lecturer and professor of administrative and regulatory law, arbitration and contractual dispute management. He frequently gives interviews, writes academic articles and is the author of several books, such as “Cláusula Arbitral e Administração Pública”, Lumen Juris, 2019.

He holds a position as director at the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (Fiesp) and is a member of the list of arbitrators of several chambers.
