PROFILE
Milana Martins counsels Brazilian and foreign clients in the negotiation and structuring of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and formation of joint ventures in different sectors of the economy, such as telecommunications, energy, mining, financial and infrastructure. She also counsels clients in corporate reorganizations, corporate disputes and in matters related to the Securities Market (including in regard to the regulations issued by the Brazilian Securities Commission), Corporate Governance and general Corporate and Contract Law. Clients have sought her for the implementation of corporate governance best practices and estate planning.
