Pedro Xavier de Mendonça Bandeira Azevedo has worked in the labor consultancy and litigation area for 15 years, advising national and foreign companies of different sizes and areas of activity. He has extensive experience in advising on the preparation of consultations, legal opinions, memoranda, contracts, internal policies, negotiation of hiring and termination of executives. Coordination of labor audits, advising investors and companies looking for investment, as well as in the operationalization of mergers, incorporations and acquisitions of companies. He has experience in hearings, collective negotiations and acting in individual and collective processes, specializing in Collective Disputes, Civil Public Actions, Collective Actions, Labor Claims and administrative procedures before the Labor Public Attorneys and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
