PROFILE
Rafael Alvim Morgado is an associate in the areas of Corporate and Capital Markets at Cascione e Boulos – Sociedade de Advogados. Mr. Morgado has experience in structured finance transactions and is focused on providing legal advice about regulatory issues related to financial and capital markets transactions, specially on project finance transactions and structuring and implementing syndicated loans, securitizations, debt restructuring, financial products and offering of securities.
Mr. Morgado also provides legal advice related to (i) the regulation of financial and capital market institutions, and representation before regulatory agencies and self-regulatory entities; and (ii) the negotiation of agreements and corporate agreements in general, partnerships and equity investment operations in the domestic and international markets.
