Tatiana Kauffmann specializes in litigation and arbitration, representing clients in judicial, administrative and arbitration procedures, before both State and Federal courts and in arbitration and mediation chambers. She is also experienced in Family and Succession Law, providing assistance to clients at the pre-litigation stage, seeking to prevent lawsuits and achieve settlements, as well as in judicial proceedings.
